KP is a nationally recognized Fitness Expert and Champion Bodybuilder has been a professional Personal Trainer since 1984. KP is a Certified Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Assistant as well as a Certified Personal Trainer by the International Sports Science Association.  Prior to founding Z Gym, she was Director of Muscular Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Exercise for the North Phoenix Sports Medicine Clinic.

KP toured with the Womans LPGA “Ladies Professional Golf Association” she trained & set up programs for several top professional LPGA Golf Pros such as; Jan Stephenson, Betsy King, Wendy Ward, Alice Miller, Amy Fruhwirth, Barb Thomas-Whitehead, Caroline Keggi, Jackie Bertsch-Bro, Dina Ammaccapane, Tina Barrett, Pam Barnett, Luciana Bemvenuti, Wendy Doolan, Stephanie Farwig, Sophie Gustafson, Jenny Lidback and Robin Walton.

Her expertise in post-rehabilitation has helped thousands of clients achieve lasting results ranging from top touring golf professionals to clients suffering from injury and chronic illness.

KP has been featured in numerous national bodybuilding magazines including; Muscle and Fitness, Flex, U.S. Muscle, IronMan, MuscleMag and Women’s Physique World.  She has been a contributing author to several health and fitness publications in addition to speaking on stress reduction with doctors from the Mayo Clinic, as well as seminars on the benefits of strength training and how to get fit at any age.
